Please join us on Thursday 12 September when Georgia Dixon will join us. Georgia is the founder of Access HR, an outsourced HR consultancy redefining HR. Access HR supports high growth businesses to attract, engage and retain top talent by being more creative and less critical. Georgia started the business at 24 as a passion project and with the desire to modernise HR as we know it. Soon after, it became her full-time role. Georgia was previously in the corporate world for 6 years, supporting a team headcount of 5,000 and achieving Chartered Status.
After winning Most Inspiring HR Leader 2024, Georgia is on a journey to inspire workplaces and HR professionals to be creative with their solutions and ones that are fit for the future by aligning people experience with business vision.
As a reminder, these events have been set up to help those starting out in the world of HR build a network and share knowledge with likeminded individuals.
