No matter what the type of property or leasing arrangement proposed, whether it's a direct lease or assignment of an existing lease, negotiating a conditional agreement for lease, with our deep sector experience we will be able to help you with it. Recent examples of our experience include:

• Successfully helping an institutional investor client relocate Primark into an empty 67,000 sq ft anchor store at St Anns Shopping Centre, Harrow
  
  
• Working together with a FTSE listed technology company to achieve the relocation of its head office in the City of London
  
  
• Advising a private property company letting 158,000 sq. ft. of refurbished London office space with an annual rent roll of £6.7 million
  
  
• Helping negotiate and complete half-a-dozen pre-lets for 63,000 sq ft of grade A office and R&D space on an investor’s innovation park
