Our team have assisted on a number of healthcare financings in the last 12 months including the financing of the acqusition of a portfolio of carehomes from Bupa.

We're appointed to the main lending panels of most of the UK clearing banks as well as acting for a large range of other domestic and international lenders and debt funds.

Our advice also covers private placements secured on real estate and infrastructure funding to unlock future developments.

We also work with major international finance teams providing advice on UK aspects of real estate financing. 

Recent work includes acting for a Malaysian bank in the provision of financing for the acquisition of a high value student accommodation block in Manchester.
