The team provides both ‘preventative medicine’ and comprehensive litigation advice and has extensive experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution as well as before Courts and Tribunals. Some of our recent examples of work are: 

  • Successfully defending a demolition contractor in central London against a private noise nuisance prosecution.

  • Obtaining an urgent possession order against protestors who had occupied key administration buildings at a top university.

  • Achieving settlement on a multi-million pound dilapidations claim by our landlord client against a retail tenant.

  • Running a well-publicised High Court claim surrounding the ‘own use’ grounds in the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

  • Advising several well-known developers and investors in the ramifications of the Building Safety Act, including work in the Tribunals.
