Working with a number of landowners and investors involved with large-scale residential-led development of new communities, ranging from promoting through to planning and on to delivery, creating legacy through placemaking and stewardship strategies
Advising property, investment and development companies on significant office and retail park developments nationwide, including forward funding and forward commit arrangements and lettings to major occupiers/retailers
Successfully supporting the complex agreements and arrangements required for a public-private partnership joint venture to deliver a new garden town
Working collaboratively with a wider professional client team in the restructuring of its services and real estate holdings to develop and implement a structure which is both resilient and flexible to enable delivery of a £1bn project
