  • Helping the Department for Health & Social Care to complete the transfer of £3billion worth of primary and community estate within a short window to NHS Property Services, Community Health Partnerships and providers.

  • Dealing with strategically important disposals of redundant NHS estate when providers move to new facilities or their services change.

  • Advising on new forms of lease to accommodate changing structures of delivery in the health and care sector.
