• Acting for investment firms and investment advisers on the creation of a number of venture capital funds including the IQ Capital Fund III, which invests in deeptech; the Big Issue Invest Outcomes Investment Fund, which invests in outcomes-based investments; the UK China Enterprise Fund, which focuses on high-tech industries; and the Carbon Order No.2 Limited Partnership, an investment vehicle for cleantech.
  
  
• Advising government departments, charities and universities in respect of the creation of, and participation in, global funds, including property and project development funds and environmental impact funds.
  
  
• ​Working with The Children's Investment Fund Foundation on a range of UK and international fund structuring and management and charitable investment concerns.
  
  
• Establishing a number of EIS and SEIS funds including the Haatch Venture & Enterprise Investment Fund (digital retail tech), the o2h Therapeutics Fund (life sciences), Bethnal Green Venture's Tech For Good SEIS and EIS Fund (tech with potential to solve social problems) and the QVentures Seed Investment Fund (tech businesses).
