We'll work with you to craft user-friendly, collaborative contracts that enhance the value of those contracts and facilitate strong and positive relationships suppliers and customers.

We can also help you prepare tender responses and support you in negotiating supply chain contracts to make sure that your business is protected in the event of supply chain interruptions.

Our experience

  • Working with a FTSE 100 advanced manufacturing business to tender its global logistics arrangements. We supported this business to develop a template contract, assess tender responses, shortlist and then select the successful suppliers and negotiate the final contract documents with those suppliers. This project delivered significant cost savings for the business in relation to its logistics costs while also enhancing service delivery from the suppliers.

  • Supporting a leading FMCG supplier on a range of international distribution agreements to support its global expansion plans. This included project managing the input of lawyers in overseas jurisdictions to ensure a consistent approach to issues while also making sure that local law considerations were appropriately addressed.

  • Working with the project team of a leading automotive supplier on several international projects to establish new manufacturing bases (including in central Europe and India) to enable further market penetration in those countries.
