  • Advising ground-breaking artificial intelligence business DeepMind Technologies on its Series A, B and C funding rounds, raising in aggregate £42 million from a syndicate of investors including a large San Francisco-based VC and a number of Silicon Valley angel investors

  • Acting for a UK-based diagnostics company on a major cross-jurisdictional project providing regulatory advice across over 10 EU jurisdictions. The advice concerns the impact of the in vitro diagnostic regulations.

  • Advising Prior Scientific on its acquisition of the Queensgate Nano business from Electron Technology. Prior Scientific is a global leader in the design and manufacture of optical systems with operations in Cambridge, the US, Germany, Japan and China.
