Primary care

Primary care remains an integral and growing part of the health and care system. We help providers achieve growth and support commissioners in the commissioning and management of services.

We help clients navigate the practical, legal and regulatory complexities in the primary care sector – whether at national, local or practice level.

  • Estates - leases, sale & acquisitions, development work, premises modernisation/ rationalisation
  • Modernisation - new care models, integration, new investment, service re-design
  • Digital health - design & development, approval, protection, implementation, growth & exploitation
  • Core functions - partnerships, sub-contracting, commercial contracting, HR, data & cyber security, governance & disputes
  • Growth & sustainability – Primary Care Networks, GP federations/ alliances, practice mergers & acquisitions, super partnerships & joint ventures
  • NHS regulations - NHS contracts, commissioner relationships, procurement & competition
