Sophie qualified in September 2022 and advises employers across a range of sectors, assisting with queries on both contentious and non-contentious matters. This includes drafting settlement agreements, defending Employment Tribunal claims, TUPE advice, restrictive covenants and the management of redundancy, disciplinary and grievance processes.

Having had a science background before doing a law conversion, Sophie has a particular interest in the science and healthcare sectors.

Outside of the office, Sophie enjoys being outdoors and has a keen interest in travelling.
