She provides governance and compliance advice and has considerable experience in establishing new charitable entities (in various forms) and restructuring - acting on mergers and incorporations. She also helps clients improve and develop their governance systems and legal frameworks. Sarah regularly liaises with the Charity Commission, Privy Council Office and other regulators on behalf of her clients.
