Neil is a corporate, charity and commercial lawyer and Notary Public. Neil heads up Mills & Reeve’s charity sector group and advises major charities and universities on a range of corporate and charity issues. He has also advised on over 250 Lloyd’s of London limited liability corporate transactions. Neil also manages the firm’s work in the Middle East.
