Louis's enthusiasm for all things employment law is underpinned by a deep general interest in people, organisations and communication. 

Before joining Mills & Reeve as a trainee solicitor, Louis consulted at various marketing communications agencies, where he helped to grow diverse household-name brands through content creation, public relations, brand strategy and product innovation.

As a student of psychology and philosophy at Oxford University, Louis specialised in the neural basis of decision-making and memory, and the philosophy of logic and language.

Fostered by his broad professional and academic experience, Louis is a deep and divergent thinker. He endeavours to find lasting solutions for clients and constantly seeks opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Additional Information

Outside of work, Louis is bass singer and deputy in the choir of Norwich Cathedral, as well as playing hockey for Norwich Dragons Hockey Club.

Louis once jointly represented the firm in a Rocket League tournament and is also a keen theatre-goer.
