Supporting your ambitions

Judy was able to project manage a complex redevelopment transaction for a client, involving a collaborative project with a number of parties with varying interests. This involved creatively thinking about the transaction structure. The outcome was a suite of documents, negotiated to balance the interests of the parties, while not overcomplicating the transaction as a whole. The transaction was for £150 million, split across a deferred payment structure, while realising value not only in cash, but also in terms of new assets.

Judy is a former UEA student, having returned to Norwich with her family some years later. Previously Judy worked for a world -renowned firm before relocating while her husband retrained as a Countryside Ranger.
