What can I do for you

Jenny is an employment law specialist who advises clients in the public and private sectors on a wide range of issues including discrimination, redundancy processes, TUPE, whistleblowing, employment contracts, termination of employment and settlement agreements. Jenny is regularly instructed to defend employment tribunal litigation and is equally skilled at working with clients on non-contentious projects and thorny employment law problems.

Jenny focuses on listening to clients’ priorities and uses her legal knowledge and practical experience to help them find the most pragmatic route through an issue. Jenny ensures that her clients not only receive the right advice but also that they are equipped to confidently and effectively deal with a situation.  For example, Jenny has:

  • Acted as a trusted advisor to guide her client through large-scale redundancy programmes and TUPE transfers
  • Successfully defended many employment tribunal claims involving important points of principle for clients, using her skills to work efficiently and keep costs to a minimum

What else should you know?

Jenny volunteers as a school governor, helping to deal with budget issues, redundancy, safeguarding requirements, inspections, and staffing issues among many other things. This experience helps her to see her clients' challenges from their perspective. Jenny is also an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
