Caitlin Mayers

Caitlin is an associate solicitor based in our Cambridge office.

She's a member of the firm’s corporate team and worked as a paralegal and apprentice solicitor in the venture capital investments team prior to qualification. She assists on advising clients in a variety of sectors and specialises in venture capital investment, mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate governance matters.

Caitlin works with early stage venture capital funds and business angel groups on their portfolio investments in a number of sectors as well as acting for early and growth stage businesses, university spin-outs and start-ups, including advising on company formation and structure and raising funds through equity or debt financing.
