Alice is a commercial lawyer who specialises in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advising on commercial, competition, and data protection matters.
She's a member of the Mills & Reeve Sports, Entertainment and Media sector and is regularly involved in advising clubs, players, managers, and agents on image rights deals and commercial sponsorship agreements.
Supporting your ambitions
Alice’s previous in-house experience gave her a fantastic insight into the world of FMCG, marketing, brand protection and IP, and an understanding of the commercial and legal needs of the wider business. While in-house, Alice developed a specific interest in, and focus on, commercial sport partnerships and sponsorship agreements, advertising, and sustainability.
Alice has worked with high-profile athletes in relation to their image rights, including incorporating image rights companies and negotiating and drafting image rights agreements. She also has experience in advising on and drafting sponsorship and talent agreements, and has a keen interest in the commercial aspects of women’s sport.
In addition to sports related matters, Alice has experience dealing with IT and data protection contracts as well as CMA investigations, NSIA matters and public procurement. She recognises that each commercial matter requires a distinct approach and tailors the service that she delivers to suit each client’s needs.
