Our London office named most innovative workplace in prestigious legal industry awards

The judges were impressed at how we used the move to completely reimagine our working environment with a host of innovative changes designed to promote agile working. 

Our winning submission specifically highlighted:

• The centrally located TV monitor facing the open plan working area that shows who is visiting from our five other offices and what desk they are sitting it. This has enabled more collaboration with colleagues from different offices and ad hoc conversations and updates between various teams.
• The online hot desk system and office "kiosk" with staff not allowed to book the same desk for more than five days in a row. The system shows where other people are booked so if a specific group of people need to come together for a certain period of time for a piece of work, this can be easily accommodated.

This is the first year we have entered the Business Leadership Awards, designed to recognise and celebrate excellence among business services individuals and teams working in law firms, barrister’s chambers and other legal services providers across the entire legal market. 

Monument Place was also shortlisted for best agile working initiative and our thought leadership campaign Full Scale Ahead (LINK) was shortlisted for best BD campaign.
