Revised procurement thresholds from 1 January
For those institutions that are “contracting authorities” for procurement purposes, the European Commission has recently published revised thresholds that will apply from 1 January 2020. EU thresholds will continue to apply until at least 31 December 2020 under the draft EU Withdrawal Agreement which Boris Johnson's Government intends to implement following last week's election.
The EU public procurement regimes apply to contracts with a value, exclusive of VAT, equal to or above the relevant threshold.
