Our procurement portal has an outline of today’s Ministerial Statement announcing a new date for the implementation of the 2023 Act.  Further details are available on the portal.  If you are not already receiving alerts you can sign up here.  There are also in-person procurement law events in London (24 September) and Birmingham (3 October).  You can read more and sign up to those events here.
