This time we expect the main focus to be on the Employment Rights Bill announced in the King’s Speech earlier this year, which the Government has committed to publishing by mid-October.
This new Bill is likely to be the main vehicle for converting the Government’s wide-ranging employment policy promises into legal form, so we are looking forward to sharing our insights on what promises to be the most significant piece of employment legislation for many years.
