International surrogacy webinar

Webinar

During LGBT+ history month the surrogacy and fertility law team at Mills & Reeve LLP together with out LGBT+ network Spectrum are pleased to present a panel discussion on international surrogacy.

We'll be looking in particular at recent legal developments in Italy and other jurisdictions, and how these might affect parents through surrogacy not only living in those countries but also resident elsewhere. Our panellists will discuss how best to address the ethical and legal issues relating to surrogacy. This webinar will be particularly beneficial for anyone advising on surrogacy and fertility law, as well as anyone with an interest in surrogacy arrangements or comparative family law more broadly.
