The next Higher Education HRBP networking session, taking place in our new Birmingham office on Tuesday 22 October 2024.
We will be joined by Alison Elton, Principal Consultant at GatenbySanderson. Alison focuses on recruiting academic and professional services leaders in higher education and is passionate about equality, diversity, and inclusion.
During this interactive session we'll be covering neurodiversity in the workplace focusing on:
- Definition of neurodiversity, mental health and stress
- Consideration of work place stress and whether and when this may amount to a disability
- Legal framework around disability discrimination
- Duty to make reasonable adjustments
- Inclusive recruitment and neurodiversity awareness
This session is aimed at HR Business Partners or equivalent roles. We hope you can join us to informally discuss these topics, share ideas, and network with other Higher Education HR professionals.
