As we near the implementation date for the Procurement Act 2023, we invite you to the next in our “5 in 25” webinar series taking place on 6 February 2025 at 10:00. 

The Act comes into force on 24 February 2025, and at the time of the webinar, we expect that all government guidance and templates will have been issued and that the central digital platform will have been made available for testing. 

We'll be sharing our thoughts on the state of play at implementation as well as offering our views on outstanding and/or tricky issues that remain to be addressed.
