Event description

We're pleased to invite you to our next Family Matters webinar, focused on children’s mental health and the impact of family conflict in cases of separation or divorce.

This webinar aims to shed light on some of the solutions available to parents to limit the impact that a separation will have on their children’s mental health and provide practical solutions for families undergoing separation or divorce.

Our panel will discuss:

  • Mediation and separating well using one lawyer: How families can navigate the process of separation with minimal conflict
  • Arbitration and its benefits: The advantages of arbitration as a means of resolving disputes, and how it can contribute to a healthier environment for children
  • Post-court mediation and arbitration: an insight into how families can continue to resolve issues and maintain harmony even after court proceedings
  • Parenting Apart Programme (PAP): a look at the importance of PAP in helping parents understand how to put children’s needs first during separation or divorce

This webinar will provide valuable insights and practical advice for anyone advising parents who are dealing with these challenging situations.
