Our client extranet, "Dialogue", provides a secure online site where our clients can access their matter information (including finances and documents), team contact details and legal know-how.

Dialogue provides 24/7 access to a wide range of financial and matter specific information, know-how, and documentation with near real-time accuracy.

Dialogue features include:

  • Financial summaries: Matter and financial information pulled automatically from our internal finance system to keep clients up to date with: their matters, fees billed to date, unbilled WIP, outstanding bills, summaries of time spent on matters, and more.
  • Create your own data sets: Create and export subsets of financial data to easily view and manipulate the information.
  • Documents: Access documents in a folder structure that can be sorted and searched quickly. The most recently added documents are visible and easy to access.
  • Knowledge: Collating a wealth of legal know how, news, articles, blogs and other online resources, including from our own internal know how database.
  • Team information: Contact information and quick links for Mills & Reeve team members plus Mills & Reeve office information including maps and directions.

Dialogue offers our clients a high level view of their matters through the dashboard. Click through functionality allows users to quickly access the detailed information most important to them.

Information is pulled automatically from our internal finance system so financial information is always up to date.

Security permissions can be set at user level to ensure confidentiality on specific matters and information.
