Client collaboration

Our online legal project and matter management platform, "M&R Collaborate" allows us to work with clients more closely than ever.

A central source of truth

Our collaborative data room platform, M&R Collaborate is, unsurprisingly all about collaboration with our clients. Whether being used to manage a large-scale projects or share data and documents between numerous stakeholders, M&R Collaborate allows us and our clients to streamline processes and work more productively together.

The technology behind M&R Collaborate has also allowed us to develop Volume Control, an end to end case management system for in-house teams. It provides full visibility between client organisations and Mills & Reeve, and enables triaging of work and allocation of resources.

More information

We're being told more, and by our clients, how invaluable M&R Collaborate has been to our relationship with them. Its secret weapon? Flexibility.

We work with clients daily to ensure they're making the most of this user-friendly online portal, for such uses as:

  • A repository for key documents: accessible securely and held in a variety of formats.
  • Q&A: keeping quick administrative queries away from inboxes and aiding open communications.
  • A knowledge hub: for reference material.

How it works

The site is intuitive and user friendly, meaning very little to no training is required to clients get up and running. Technical support is available 9-5 Monday to Friday and clients generally find the process straightforward and transformative in the way that they use legal services.

Once set up, user permissions can be tailored to a granular level, meaning each individual user has their own viewing and editing rights, ensuring risk is managed and matters can progress efficiently and transparently.

Benefits

  • Unlimited number of users.
  • Easy to navigate.
  • Considerable time savings.
  • Existing client data can be transferred securely and confidentially.
  • Access permission can be changed at any time and at a granular level.
