The Mills & Reeve Reach (race, ethnicity and cultural heritage) network supports Black, Asian and racially minoritised staff, raises awareness of Black, Asian and racially minoritised issues and is a platform for wider understanding and promotion of diversity and equality issues.

Diversity and equality is core part of our strategy and how we'd like to be defined at Mills & Reeve. The Reach network is open to anyone at the firm that wants to support the aims and objectives of the group.

Our aims

Reach works to give an opportunity for Black, Asian and racially minoritised staff and allies to talk about their experiences and common interests in a safe environment, represent the network across all aspects of the firm, and share best practice across our organisation.

The network is at the heart of our diversity and inclusion strategy and works on all aspects of the firm, from how we recruit our staff to how we work with our clients. We partner with a variety of communities and organisations to identify inequalities in the business and encourage the recruitment and retention of talented Black, Asian and racially minoritised employees.
