We're working hard to narrow our gender pay gap. The government requires us to publish our pay gap report online, which we’re happy to do – but we want to go beyond just what’s required. So we also include our partner pay gap, our ethnicity pay gap and disability pay gap.
Having more women in senior roles is an essential part of closing the gender pay gap. And we’re one of only a handful of top UK law firms with a female managing partner.
